Pour 5 g of anise (1 teaspoon) into a small bowl and add 200 ml of boiling water. Cover tightly, place over a larger bucket of boiling water, and keep in the water bath for 15 minutes. Then, add the broth to soak for another 45 minutes, filter the liquid and add water to the original volume. This infusion is stored in the refrigerator for up to one day.

Cut anise seeds into small pieces, pour 200 ml of cold water, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and leave for 50-60 minutes. When stressed, drink 1/2 cup four times a day.
When using various infusions and decoctions of anise, it must be remembered that this plant has a very strong healing effect and you cannot drink them in place of regular tea but must be followed in dosage. Also, it should not be confused with anise, known as “anise”, nor with caraway, sometimes called “wild anise or field anise.” These are completely different plants with their own properties and contraindications.
